Confirm your order with no payment required.

Visit your chosen KIABI store.
Try on your items and pay only for what you keep!

E-Reservation is a free service with no obligation to purchase.
Add your items to the shopping cart. When confirming your order, select the “E-Reservation” delivery method and choose your preferred store.
You will receive an email as soon as your parcel is available in store.

Once your parcel is available in store, you have 10 days to collect it.
Go to your fitting room area with your order confirmation email and a valid ID to collect your parcel. You can try your items directly in store and only pay for what you like.
Payment is made at the checkout.

As soon as your E-Reservation is available in store, you will receive an email.
Payment for your items is made on the day of collection, directly at the checkout in your Kiabi store.
