Available payment methods

Payment by credit or debit card is simple, fast, and secure. KIABI accepts VISA and Mastercard.

Your card details are transmitted securely (SSL) directly to our payment provider Worldline. KIABI does not store your payment information. The total amount is charged immediately upon order confirmation.

For fraud prevention, KIABI uses 3D Secure. After entering your card details, you will be redirected to your bank to confirm your identity (e.g. via SMS or banking app). Once confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

With TWINT, you can pay for your purchases online or in-store directly from your smartphone.

After selecting TWINT, you can scan the QR code or confirm the transaction in the app. The payment is confirmed in real time and the order is immediately final. Your financial information is never shared with KIABI, and the transaction is protected by PIN, biometric recognition, or app confirmation.

For refunds, a distance return is required; in-store returns are eligible for a voucher only.

TWINT – Deferred Payment

TWINT offers a deferred payment solution (“pay later”) allowing the Order to be paid at a later date, in accordance with the conditions set by TWINT and its partners, in particular within a maximum period of 30 days. This option is also subject to a minimum Order amount generally set at CHF 10.

You can pay for your order with Apple Pay or Google Pay directly from your compatible device.

After selecting the payment method, confirm the transaction according to Apple or Google’s authentication process. Payment may be declined due to technical errors or invalid cards. Your financial information is never shared with KIABI, and transactions are protected according to Apple and Google security policies. For refunds, a distance return is required; in-store returns are eligible for a voucher only.
