• Want to make a return? You have 30 days to return your items in-store, except for “free” items. You can request an exchange or an in-store refund. List of stores available for in-store delivery and returns: See store list here
• If you made an online purchase, you can also return items remotely by downloading your return label from your customer account.
• In-store returns for orders paid via TWINT, Apple Pay, or Google Pay will only be eligible for a non-refundable store credit. If you want a refund for these payment methods, you must make a remote return according to the terms of the GTC.

Returns by courier cost CHF 2.95.
This cost will be deducted from your final refund.
Don’t forget to complete the return form and include it in your package. This document is essential to process your refund.
• How to make a return
Log in to your Kiabi account under “Web orders and in-store purchases”.
Select the order you want to return and click “Print return label”.
Pack your items in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, in perfect resale condition, along with the completed return form.
• Where to send your package
You have two options:
- From home: schedule a pickup with Swiss Post.
- At the nearest post office: drop off your package directly. Find your post office here.
• Refund
Your refund will be issued within 14 days of Kiabi receiving your package, minus the return cost, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
