In-store pickup: free of charge. Delivery time: 6–8 business days.

Home delivery: free for orders of CHF 60 or more. For orders below CHF 60, the shipping cost is CHF 6.95. Delivery time: 6–8 business days.

You can return your order within 30 days and choose between 2 options:

In-store return

In-store returns are FREE! Simply go to the store of your choice and present the items to return along with the return voucher. You will be refunded using your original payment method.

Courier return

Courier returns cost CHF 2.95.



Procedure:

Log in to your account under “Web orders & in-store purchases” and select the order you want to return.

Click “Print return label”, print the label, and attach it to your package.

Return the items in new condition, unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging, including the completed return form.

Send your package to the nearest Swiss Post location.

Don’t have a Kiabi account?

Create one immediately using the same email as your order. You’ll get all the order details and be able to start the return process.

Refunds are issued upon receipt of the item by Kiabi, excluding any return shipping costs at your expense, within a maximum of 14 business days from receipt of the item. Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email of your refund.
