To become a member of the ‘As a family, a whole programme’ programme, create your account on kiabi.ch or ask to register at one of our KIABI stores in Switzerland.

Your accumulated points can take you up through 4 levels. These levels give you access to even more generous rewards in our catalogue.


Your points balance is valid for 12 months from the date on which you accumulated the points.

Send your points to your loved ones who are also members of the ‘As a family, a whole programme!’ loyalty programme, or receive points from them!

Go to your loyalty area > My family > Invite a member to share your invitation link, because with As a family, we're always more generous!

Rewards based on your level (valid only on Kiabi items):
- Great: 5% off your purchase for 50 points
- Fantastic: 10% off your purchase for 100 points

To take advantage of this offer, exchange your points to unlock your reward from the rewards catalogue. Once unlocked, your reward is valid for 6 months for any purchase in our KIABI stores in Switzerland, on kiabi.ch or when booking with one of our partners.

If you wish to unsubscribe from the KIABI ‘As a family, a whole programme!’ loyalty programme, you will need to delete your customer account on kiabi.ch.

To do this, go to Account > Information > Delete my account.

If you have an order or an e-reservation on kiabi.ch that is still active at the time of your request to unsubscribe, please ensure that you have kept proof of your order or reservation on another lasting medium. Don't worry! You can still shop online in guest mode.

Once your account has been deleted, your personal data will be deleted along with your loyalty benefits: points, level achieved, discounts, gift vouchers. You will not be able to recover them even if you create a new account on kiabi.ch.

To register for the KIABI ‘As a family, a whole programme!’ loyalty programme in store or on kiabi.ch, you must provide us with certain information about yourself. Some of this information is mandatory, such as your surname, first name, email address and date of birth, and will be marked with an asterisk or indicated as such by the fashion advisor. Other information is optional, such as your postal address, your children's first names and dates of birth, etc. We also collect data during your purchases to enable us to analyse your preferences. Information about how your data is processed and your rights will be provided at the time of collection.
